Wednesday, July 29, 2015 - Hinton's Annual Blind Tasting Challenge (Bin 75): Bright steely light green; riper nose yet, white flower, ginger, peach, aromatic, slight cotton candy, mint suggest a little underripeness; tart green fruit on the palate, sweeter, bitter on the finish, decent acid, fuller body, a bit higher alcohol; very decent.
