Saturday, August 15, 2015 - Wines & Steak in Toronto (Le Select Bistro, Toronto, Canada): Just so very crisp - the acid comes right at you on the initial sip and then slowly fades over time in the glass. Initial flavors are lemon and maybe even a bit of butter. Becomes soft and smooth with time and then I start to get a hint of toast on the finish. Great start to an evening.
