Friday, August 21, 2015 - Very nice California sauvignon blanc. Bouquet is lined with citrus. Nice acidity although not overpowering. Palate has a touch of cream, which isn't usually my style, but it's balanced with the acidity. Went well with simple shrimp and garlic, and nicely cooled off the heat of the cracked red pepper.
