Sunday, September 13, 2015 - Drank with my wife and inlaws on Rosh Hashana. So glad this one wasn't flawed like the last bottle. Slow ox decanted for about 5 hours. Should have done it more in advance, the flavors were silky and beautiful just about the time the bottle was empty. Hope my remaining baker's dozen will be just as great!
