Sunday, October 4, 2015 - Local ingredient beef stew calls for a really nice wine, and I opted for the 2002 Clos des Mouches. So glad I did, as this half bottle is singing. Berry, leather, each, forest floor and all the goodness that bottle age can bring to fine Burgundy. I wish there was a prettier word than kaleidoscopic, but that pretty much fist the bill. Wonderful Burgundy.
