Sunday, August 9, 2015 - Soter Brut Rosè NV. This poured a pink salmon mousse. Nice nose of wet stone and strawberries. this was a hit with everyone, a weighty mouthfeel of tart strawberry and yeasty notes. This has lasted well through the years. Excellent!
