Wednesday, September 23, 2015 - Coravin fun - Dom. de Chevalier tasting (E & M's in the rocks, Sydney): On the nose the wine is rich, jammy black fruit but not to the point of being overtly concentrated and almost savoury over cream, vanilla. Quite old school Aussie with some sweet spice. In the mouth the wine is rich, dense, thick, blackberry fruit, juice, talc textured tannins, approachable, nice in an old school way.
