Monday, October 19, 2015 - PnP it was all leather and alcohol - not pleasant. Thankfully that blew off in about 5 minutes. Fruit took a little while to come out, surprisingly, and in the meantime it was mostly pepper and herbs.

After the fruit came out, this is a relatively standard young PS, although with very well managed tannins. I'd prefer a touch more acidity, but the flavours and texture are there aside from the tannin (which is shockingly smooth for such a young bottle). For the closeout price I'm a very happy camper. For the standard woot price, I'd still be happy, but not as thrilled. I wonder what this will be like in a few years.
