Sunday, November 8, 2015 - One of the best Cathiard wines tried to date. Wonderful aromatic nose with ripe dark red fruit, lots of VR spices and some floral elements. Breathed in bottle for 2 hours and palate became very approachable, open and layered. Pure fruited, supple and very long. 2001 version of this wine is more like a napa now and the 2000 version is quintessential RSV.
