Saturday, November 21, 2015 - This has aged well and might be about as good as it's going to get now. Lots of strawberry and bright cherry with hints of rose, dark flowers, some leather, but not much tar. The acids are still holding up and the tannins definitely provide some grip. The finish is really really nice and long. Had it with pasta and a chunky tomato sauce drizzled with a little truffle oil. Perfect.
