Wednesday, November 25, 2015 - Improved from almost 18-months ago. More raspberry-menthol, anise, and red roses emerging on the floral, herbal nose. Palate is still hard and leads into a biting finish, but this is an incredible food wine if paired with the right dishes. It worked for us with sausage pasta marinara. Drink now - 2025.
