Thursday, November 26, 2015 - Beautiful. Better with food, but good on its own. The fruit profile is dark, but this is all about the ground: earthy, peppery, hints of stony minerality, and lots of tea flavors emerging on the long finish. Body is a little lighter than medium. Lots of structure.

Decanted this 5 hours before dinner. It had no sediment to speak of.
