Wednesday, December 2, 2015 - On introduction, nicely supportive, not, yet, completely resolved, tannins accompany fruit of cassis and plum. As the wine passes under the mid-palate, herbal hints pop up—anise. A fairly robust wine. Good acid, along with the aforementioned still apparent tannins suggests that this wine can continue to age nicely for a few more years.
