Sunday, December 6, 2015 - Every sip is a pleasure. Dark fruit and cherry fruit flavors with some plum flavor on the finish. The oak and mineral have blended together into a nice graphite core that really complements the fruit. I think that it's pretty darn yummy.

12/7/2015 6:24:00 PM - I think that depends on your taste. It is still pretty fruity but all of the flavors are well integrated. It is on the young end of its drinking window. But definitely in that window

12/7/2015 6:49:00 PM - Perfect, thanks!! Definitely a matter of preference. Sadly, we like sipping various wines at all times of evolution once achieving the sipping window. Sadly because we only have one bottle :-(
