Sunday, December 2, 2007 - Pale yellow green. Minerality on the nose, exceptionally tart, almost astringent, mouth-filling, residual sweetness pronounced for a Kabinett. Dulcie preferred this to the Balthasar Ress we had alongside; I might go the other way.
