Thursday, December 31, 2015 - Very pale straw in colour with lively mousse. Muted aroma initially but comes to life with some coaxing to bready, chalky scents with a hint of white peaches and lemon zest. Bone dry palate with good acidity and decent finish. Could do with a few years on its back, but very nice already. Good value from this top vintage.
