I'm not sure if I've had many Champagnes more than this one. Tonight, this started almost flat, no energy, little bead, and then, almost suddenly it became what it can be. there was the depth, the toastiness, the leesy goodness, apple, medium full body, very good in the end and quite tasty. Initially I would not have thought it this good at all. 90+pts.
