Sunday, February 7, 2016 - Pale citrus hue with abundant bubbles but the bubbles magically have dissolved in the champagne when the wine caresses your palate as if only a few bubbles remained to just tease your taste buds. Freshness and creaminess dominate this young champagne making you guess the crispiness of toast and brioche, combined with the softness of lemon tart and curd. A very promising champagne to keep for another 10 years a least.
