Saturday, February 13, 2016 - I correct my earlier and rather negative impression upwards: the wine is a perfect pairing for Chinese cuisine (the real one, not the fast food type). Drank it to steamed fish with fried garlic and ginger and kai lan. The sweetness and lemony notes complement the cuisine very well.
