Friday, March 25, 2016 - The Gloria 2009 does not live up to its hype, at least for me.
While the wine shows a nice purple color and good viscosity in the glass, nicely rounded sweet fruit, a good dose of extract while retaining a medium body, sufficient freshness and some very fine-grained, caressing tannins, it does finish rather short and lacks the structure to guarantee more than 5-7 years of aging.
