Friday, May 6, 2016 - Decanted but drank right away. The cork disintegrated getting it out. Frankly think the decant did this well. Light ruby red. In that perfect spot of nuance, secondary and tertiary flavors and ever changing in the glass (for the better). Loads of complexity. Strong finish. Went well with a spicy pork chop and sausage.
