Saturday, May 14, 2016 - Afternoon on the patio up in Vermont. It's hard not to like pink bubbles and I feel a bit like this breaks my rule that there's really good champagne (Salon, etc.) and then everything else. Perhaps it's that the bubbles are just a bit on the softer more cashmere side and the hints of strawberry and other red fruits are subtle are well done. Enjoyable wine. Bottle went fast.
