Friday, May 20, 2016 - Clean, bright and direct. The nose is full of freshly squeezed lemon juice, mint and straw. The palate is relatively neutral, textural and zippy. Acidity is prevalent but worked in nicely to the wine. It has excellent balance and is a delicious drink now yet should reward some time spent in the cellar. Sealed under screwcap.
