Tuesday, June 7, 2016 - open for 1hr + in the cellar prior to consumption. Dark cherry fruit aromas, structured but balanced. ripe fruit but not at all sweet, high acidity. resolved tannins carry this into the finish. Seems to me there is no rush to drink these. I have really enjoyed these wines.
