Friday, June 17, 2016 - Hmmm, my experience seems to be significantly different.

PnP.

This had a beautiful nose, the aromas jumped out of the glass. Certainly there was minerality but that is the correct profile for how this wine was fermented.

A bit of spice on the palate but very nicely rounded out. Not hot at all. There was a significant amount of sediment in this bottle.
