Friday, March 11, 2016 - Quite complex and generous nose. Pinot spiciness. Hints of mint. Red fruit and good balance with oak.
Medium body. Sweet fruit, raspberries, cherries and dried herbs. Balanced oak. Violets, indish spices and ginger. A bit sweet, but also cool and fresh. Well-crafted.
