Sunday, July 3, 2016 - At Salut MCR. Dark Crimson purple from core to rim dense but not saturated. Cassis fig dark chocolate espresso and a touch of cedar on the nose. Medium(+) weight with velvety tannins with just enough stemmy grip. Ripe figgy cassis plum dried cherry Rosemary and cedar. Warm and ripe but not cloying.
