Thursday, July 7, 2016 - Decanted for 2 hours. Vibrant nose of ripe dark fruit with blackberries in the fore. Full bodied, tannic, muscular, showing ripe dark fruit balanced nicely by vibrant acidity and oak. Fruit on the palate perhaps a bit subdued. A solid bruiser that still is a bit raw but I´m sure a couple of years in the cellar will do it.
