Dark red wine with purple notes, red berries in the nose, good acidity with concentrated cherry and currant flavors. Long finish with fine tannins, probably would get even nicer after a couple of years.

Decanted for 2 hours. Vibrant nose of ripe dark fruit with blackberries in the fore. Full bodied, tannic, muscular, showing ripe dark fruit balanced nicely by vibrant acidity and oak. Fruit on the palate perhaps a bit subdued. A solid bruiser that still is a bit raw but I´m sure a couple of years in the cellar will do it.

In a really nice place in its maturation.
Leather, white pepper, light oak, and raisins on the nose.
Fruit is very quiet. Some cherry and currant, but its hard to find. Dark chocolate & leather are the stars of the show.
Medium plus acidity, and is a little out of balance as the tannins have fallen away. Finish is short, and not particularly memorable.
Overall the age has produced some lovely tertiary flavors, however there isn't much else to the wine. Medium-minus quality that aged well.
