Monday, July 18, 2016 - Peachy fruit, some light minerality (though not enough to be unpleasant - I usually don't like very "minerally" wines like N Italian whites...), tons of acidity, some reduction, slight bitterness on the finish. This has a lot of parts, the scaffolding seems all there, and it will certainly improve over time. I enjoyed this much more than the 2011, though for my palate I still prefer the pradikat wines from this producer and vineyard.
