Friday, July 22, 2016 - Light gold. Beautiful nose: a whiff of struck match then into just-caramelising butter. On the palate, rich but dry, complex but immensely enjoyable. (If it wasn't so darn expensive I would drink this every week for the sheer pleasure of it.) 13%, cork.
