Tuesday, August 2, 2016 - Pop and pour for guests at work.
Quality cork, pitch-perfect bottle.
Made by Gary Farr, I suppose.
Developing slowly, still in its late youth.
Classic Geelong earth, smoke and dirt; ripe and pungent yellow fruits, peaches and a drop of tropical. Savoury oatmeal, blenched almonds, nougat.
Complexity plus plus.
What a terrific wine!
