Aged well. Deeper straw yellow but not honey yellow as I was expecting. Still a very fresh wine. Lemon and citrus flavours. Mineral hints. Some oak and honey on nose.

Museum release and looks in good condition with light golden colour. Lots of honey, pear, flint and ginger aromatics. Plenty of rich fruit on the palate (no mistaking it for being Australian chardonnay at this point) decent length, but I feel like it may have been better a couple of years ago, just has a tiny ox twinge on the finish to clip its wings.

Great older Chardonnay. Now 14 years old. This wine started life great and has improved out of sight over the years. Now well developed with rich honey flavours. The colour is not as dark as I would have thought for the age of the wine. Slightly sharp nose. Lemon butter flavours with Sharp sugar aftertaste. Went well with peach apricot and honey glazed ham slowly smoked in my Yoder offset smoker. This wine is absolutely fantastic.

Pop and pour for guests at work. Quality cork, pitch-perfect bottle. Made by Gary Farr, I suppose. Developing slowly, still in its late youth. Classic Geelong earth, smoke and dirt; ripe and pungent yellow fruits, peaches and a drop of tropical. Savoury oatmeal, blenched almonds, nougat. Complexity plus plus. What a terrific wine!

Delicious - smooth, creamy and creamy trout pasta was perfect food match as flavors in both wine and food were enhanced!
