Saturday, August 6, 2016 - Picked this up on a recent visit to Empire wines, part of an extended summer road trip (and my first time to Empire); took a chance, and glad I did. For $23, this over-delivered across the board, with the wine continuing to develop throughout the meal, adding layers while also continually contrasting with the very fresh acids and soil characteristics. An easy re-buy. 13,0% abv., thru 2019. recommended
