Friday, January 11, 2008 - Bacchus blindtasting (Lasses appartment): Dark red center and a slightly brown hue. Aromas of tobaco, prunes, licorise, earth fruit and moldy basement. On the palate it is fruity at first in particular showing some black currant. More tertiary notes on the midpalate and a good long taste. The tannins have softened up in this one, and it is probably ready for business. Really pretty good.
