Monday, August 29, 2016 - Kept under condition 2 since the second half of 2011 or the first half of 2012. Color: dark purple. Nose: rich and quite refined, dominated by mature sous-bois and sweet fruit (blackberry, cherry, red berries). The nose came back in the taste, with garrigue, quite fine herbs and quite good fruit. Quite rich, quite delicious. The alcohol was 14%, not really disturbing, but less would have made the wine more attractive to me. (At the second day with sausages it was to dominant, unfortunately.) Altogether an unexpectedly good wine for the price (8 Euro). (87-)88.
