Monday, August 29, 2016 - Wine C of 2012 Chardonnay horizontal night, rank 3/6

The Villaine half of wine really shows in this collaboration project. A lot of people thought it was Burgundy or a great PEC. Fine oak, elements are clean, defined yet restrained. Very balanced tho not outstanding. Would be interesting to age it for 10yrs.
