Sunday, September 18, 2016 - DRC 2000 Echezeaux is the more austere and serious of the pair. Red fruits, tea, mushroom, dried flowers. Serious palate, mid weight but very aligned and focused. Completely balanced but clearly with a lot of years ahead of it.
