Monday, October 10, 2016 - Served with grilled salmon, did not decant. Lighter, ruby color with fragrant nose and initial flavors of cherries and spices. Good mid-range and moderate finish. Altogether, quite a nice Oregon Pinot Noir and I will try to buy more of this bottling.
