Tuesday, November 8, 2016 - 2016 Villa d’Este Wine Symposium - Kelly, Alan and Kevin's excellent adventure; 11/3/2016-11/12/2016 (Villa D’este, Lake Como, Piedmont, Milan and Frankfurt): Rich yet refreshing SB nose, kiwi and grapefruit dominates, honey and a hint of steely mineral. There is no green notes/cat pee. Good concentration, rich oily palate, good acidity, a hint of sweetness and a medium to long clean cool finish. Really refreshing and clean wine. This is closer to a good pouilly fume than a NZ SB.
