Leafy – far leafier than the Katnook purporting to be from the same grape. Black fruit flavours; more currant and herbs. The palate is a little syrupy, with warm jammy flavours, minimal tannins, little oak, medium weight. All the signs of fairly high yield fruit are here. I wouldn’t be keeping it either.
