Saturday, December 3, 2016 - Definitely needs food, but with an amazing red wine sauce on some Osso Bucco or Italian Pasta Dish it was amazing. We had a bottle at a restaurant, but if I had this wine in my cellar, I would save for at least 3 years to balance the fruit and tannins.
