Thursday, December 15, 2016 - Wow, I was worried about this one, but apparently this was a good bottle! Explosive nose of strawberry, rhubarb, and violet jumped out of the glass immediately, and developed over time to some warmer fruit and cinnamon tones. Sure it was a bit bubbly upon pop and pouring but a few minutes of swirling in glass or decanter will resolve that if it bothers you. Great tart fruit backed by solid structure on the palate. A-plus would drink again!
