Tuesday, December 20, 2016 - Double decanted about 2 hours before serving. This is a very good Pesquera, although perhaps not as good as the 2012. Intense plums and spices in the nose and initial flavors with moderate, relatively non-astringent tannins, with a full mouth feel and moderate finish. Wine could use a couple of years in bottle. Look forward to purchasing a few more of these; although the purchase will compete with the 2011 Muga seleccion especial.
