Wednesday, December 21, 2016 - A gift from a friend in honor of my daughter's birth year! Served with lasagna and was a special event for our family.
Brownish red and a touch cloudy, but with a tarry, earthy nose and a silky mouthfeel, it was delicious.
I'd venture to say it will carry on as such for a number of years with proper storage.
