Tuesday, November 1, 2016 - Another nice '07 Le Moine. Gevry for sure in character with deep earthy and almost smokey tones. Not all that complex but surprisingly understated and almost elegant. This bottle exceeded expectations. I will note it's a ridiculously heavy bottle with a crazy deep punt.
