Friday, December 1, 2017 - Medium thick foil, appears to be genuine cork (monogrammed), 14.5% alcohol, long, slow legs, dark red, nose is fruit forward; vinturied but tasted immediately afterwards, full bodied, complex (main body + vanilla/oak finish), nice balance of fruit & tannins, notes of bing cherries, raspberries, peaches, even guava, will pair with almost any food; dry vs. non-dry: here, you have both, an amazing feat, dryness at the back of the throat but further forward is fruit, medium finish with notes of vanilla
