Wednesday, February 15, 2017 - A: Clear and pale gold. Fine mousse.
N: Green apple, starfruit, lemongrass, coconut, cream, brioche and toasted almond. Quite complex on the nose if you give it time to unfold.
P: Dry. Medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol, medium intensity and a medium to long finish.
Lime, apple, more coconut cream, minerality and a cranberry crunch.

Good BALANCE between fruit and acidity. Alcohol well integrated. With the length, intensity and complexity (i.e.. primary, secondary and tertiary aromas present), i clock this up as having outstanding quality.

I would buy again at $37.
