Tuesday, February 21, 2017 - FWS Champagne class (La Caille): Full bodied Champagne. Slightly metallic on opening, once it opens up has some nice floral notes with good acidity to hold it. Notes of biscuit and noticeable long sur lie aging. This was my favorite of the night when it came to the Champagne.
