Thursday, February 23, 2017 - Really a unique and delicious champagne showing just a bit of color due to just a bit of maceration with the skins. Very dry with great freshness and verve and quite clean with lovely subtle tropical fruit flavors. Finishes with excellent intensity and complexity but they key to this juice is its balance and "natural" feeling. I liked it very much.
